Spanish esports organization UCAM Esports Club have announced the signing of L1NK. This comes just two days after the org announced the departure of grubinho, who is reported to have joined KOI.
L1NK is one of the most experienced players in the region, having played for teams such as Team Liquid and Acend in the past few years. Most recently, the British player competed with Les Petits Bouffons. With them, he placed fourth in VCL Polaris Split 1 and third in Split 2 this year.
He joins a UCAM Esports squad which consists of Quick, Famsii, Flickless, and OLIZERA. The team placed third in both splits of VCL Spain this past year, as well as achieving high placements in the offseason tournaments such as the Crossfire Cup and the Mandatory Cup.
VCL Spain: Rising Split 1 is set to start on January 15th. This roster move should benefit UCAM as L1NK brings a lot of firepower and experience to the team.
